Jim Datka has more than 20 years building products marketing experience with a heavy emphasis on rapid product development and line rationalization. Eight of these years were spent as Vice President responsible for North American sales and marketing, selling through wholesale distribution, major retailers and showrooms.

In addition, Jim has nearly 15 years entrepreneurial experience, including 7 years of training and developing small business owners.
